Orders Refused at Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order after it has been shipped, return shipping charges or other applicable fees may be deducted from your refund, where permitted by law.

Exceptions

Orders cannot be canceled if they have:

  • Already been delivered.
  • Been marked as fulfilled by our warehouse.
